🚛 Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling Agent) – Truck Dispatch Industry (US Market)

We are a fast-growing company in the US Truck Dispatch & Logistics industry and are looking for motivated, confident, and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

In this role, you will connect with trucking companies across the United States, introduce our dispatch services, and onboard carriers to work with our professional team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to trucking companies across the United States
  • Introduce and clearly explain our dispatch services to potential carriers
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
  • Generate interest and successfully onboard new carriers
  • Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and follow-ups

✅ Requirements

  • Strong English communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in speaking with international clients
  • Basic understanding of sales, cold calling, or customer interaction
  • Ability to work night shifts (US market hours)
  • Freshers are welcome — training will be providedS
