Nopex Services is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join their outbound sales team as Sales Executives for US-based campaigns. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers in the US market, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product or service offerings. Your goal will be to convert leads into long-term customers by building rapport and showcasing excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls targeting the US market
Clearly communicate product/service details and benefits to potential customers
Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
Maintain a high conversion rate while adhering to company policies and customer service standards
Update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales for US campaigns
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a night shift due to US timezone
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude
