As our Telemarketing Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end success of a fast‑growing outbound calling program. You’ll build and coach a distributed team, craft persuasive scripts, and use real‑time metrics to keep lead flow on target. What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead & inspire a remote team of telemarketers, setting daily priorities and celebrating wins.
  • Design scripts that open doors with busy prospects and drive qualified appointments for our clients.
  • Track performance in live dashboards, troubleshooting dips before they impact results.
  • Train new hires and run ongoing coaching sessions to sharpen objection‑handling and close rates.
  • Partner with leadership to refine strategy, forecast capacity, and hit aggressive growth targets.

 

What Sets You Up for Success

 

  • Clear, confident communication that turns cold calls into warm conversations.
  • 5+ years managing or supervising high‑volume outbound teams.
  • A track record of hitting—or beating—lead and revenue quotas in B2B environments.
  • Comfort juggling multiple campaigns, CRMs, and time zones without missing a beat.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience selling into janitorial/commercial cleaning, facilities, property management, or other local‑service verticals is a plus.
