Description:

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the planning of company events.

- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market information.

- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

- Coordinating new hire orientations.

- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

- Coordinate and support the development and delivery of effective learning & development programs and organizational development initiatives.

- Support the development of a learning culture that promotes the ongoing development of staff and collaboration between teams.

- Provide advice to managers & staff on learning & development and a resource to managers in sourcing appropriate training.

- To be the principal facilitator/main source of contact in all learning, training and development initiatives and projects upon delivery by either external or internal training providers.

 

Requirements:

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

- The ability to work as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills.
