As an Order Booker/ Sales Office, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the order placement process for our drinking water products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely recording of orders, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers to generate sales leads and book orders for our drinking water products.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders, including customer details, order quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and feedback to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote customer retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
