Description:


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications, specifically in Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, configuration, and support to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion systems.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion HCM module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver effective training to end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as necessary.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of configurations and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion application updates and enhancements, providing recommendations for system improvements.
  • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to Oracle Fusion.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for HCM processes within the Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Able to monitor and address issues related to OIC & ODI integrations.
  • Coordinate with business and stakeholders for any process or code-related issues and make necessary changes.
  • Analyze and create BIP & OTBI reports.
  • Strong functional knowledge with ability to deep-dive into lookups and related setup areas for configuration and analysis.
  • Handle employee terminations, global transfers, and contingent worker-related issues and take necessary actions accordingly to resolve them on time.
  • Analyse and provide solutions related to terminations and location Entity Change related issues.
  • Reconcile Employee data from source system to Oracle systems on regular basis and take necessary actions.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Master’s in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications, specifically in HCM modules.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training.
  • Oracle certification in Fusion Applications is a plus.
