Oracle Functional Consultant

Speridian Technologies is looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant (Payroll) to join our growing team!

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬⁣⁣:
▪️ Configure and support Oracle Payroll (Fusion or EBS).
▪️ Work on payroll processing, compliance, and statutory reporting.
▪️ Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and business rules.
▪️ Partner with HR/Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
▪️ Perform testing, troubleshooting, and user training during implementations and upgrades.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
⁣▪️ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll (Fusion or EBS).
▪️ Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll cycles and statutory compliance.
▪️ Proven experience in creating and modifying Payroll Fast Formulas.
▪️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
