Oracle Ascp Functional Consultant

Description:

Integration Xperts is seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) Functional Consultant to join our team. As an ASCP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle's Advanced Supply Chain Planning module to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain requirements, propose effective solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of ASCP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business).
• 6+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle ASCP.
• Must have done 2 end to end implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management processes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ASCP module and its integration with other Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Oracle certifications related to ASCP or supply chain planning are advantageous

Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ASCP, from gathering requirements to post-implementation support.

▪ Collaborate with clients to analyze their supply chain and demand planning processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

▪ Configure and customize Oracle ASCP to align with client-specific business processes and requirements.

▪ Integrate ASCP with other relevant systems and modules, ensuring seamless data flow for accurate planning and forecasting.

▪ Develop and execute comprehensive functional test plans to ensure ASCP functionality aligns with business requirements and objectives.

▪ Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions, ensuring that client staff are proficient in using ASCP for supply chain planning and forecasting.

▪ Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

▪ Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance to ensure optimal ASCP performance.

▪ Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance with business rules, and adherence to security standards.

▪ Establish and maintain clear and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
