Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Injection Molding, Auto Blow Molding, and HVAC systems
• Monitor production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and maintain safety protocols
• Coordinate with operators and maintenance teams for smooth machine functioning
• Maintain shift reports, handle troubleshooting, and ensure minimal downtime
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a relevant plastic manufacturing environment
• DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to handle shift-based operations
