Description:
Adamjee Insurance is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Officer – Operations (Policy Admin) to join its Health Department, based at the UAE Back Office in Karachi. The role supports international insurance operations, particularly for the UAE market. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in life insurance, with experience in claims, underwriting, or insurance operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with international teams and gain cross-border operational exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end policy administration processes, including policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
Coordinate with underwriters, claims departments, and UAE-based teams to ensure seamless policy servicing.
Accurately maintain and update policy data in internal systems.
Review documentation to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Assist in generating and maintaining regular operational and performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education, completed in 2020 or earlier). Associate degrees are not acceptable.
1–3 years of experience in life insurance is mandatory.
Preferred background in claims, underwriting, or insurance operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and data processing tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management with attention to detail.
