Be More Remote is actively looking to hire an "Operations Manager"

Are you an experienced Operations Manager who knows how to lead customer support teams, drive operational excellence, and consistently hit KPIs?

We're looking for someone who can own service delivery, coach Team Leads, improve customer experience, and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.

What we're looking for:
✅ 3–5 years of Operations Management experience in an International Customer Support BPO (Mandatory)
✅ Strong command of KPIs such as CSAT, SLA, AHT, FCR, QA & Productivity
✅ Proven leadership and people management skills
✅ Excellent communication and analytical abilities
✅ Immediate joiners will be highly preferred

📍 Location: Johar Town near UMT, Lahore (On-site)
Work Schedule: 6 days/week - Mon to Sat
Timings: 1:00PM - 10:00PM
