Operations Manager

UniTech Experts is a content systems agency that helps businesses in North America grow their brands through high-quality video content. We currently work with clients in the health, wellness, and coaching space, and we're scaling fast.

We're hiring an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our client delivery. You'll oversee client accounts and manage a team of editors, a QC reviewer, a social media manager, and virtual assistants — ensuring everything runs on time, to the right quality, and without the founder needing to be involved in the day-to-day operations.

What you'll own:

— Day-to-day team coordination across both client accounts

— Ensuring content deadlines are met without chasing people manually

— Setting up and maintaining SOPs and workflows in our PM tool

— Weekly internal reporting to the founder on team performance

— Being the first escalation point when something goes wrong

— Onboarding new team members as we grow

What we're looking for:

— 2+ years in an operations, project management, or agency account management role

— Experience managing remote teams (editors, VAs, creatives)

— Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes

— Familiar with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana

— Strong written communication in English

— Available to start within the next 7 days
