The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of handling international clients while driving sales and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 40+ customer support representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and improve customer service processes, systems, and best practices.
- Manage and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and commission structures to drive results.
- Work closely with management to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication with international clients.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
- Track team performance, set targets, and ensure sales goals are consistently achieved.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven experience managing large teams (40+ members).
- Strong understanding of customer support systems, performance management, and operational processes.
- Experience designing or managing commission structures and KPIs.
- Ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Experience working with international clients or companies (USA, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
