We are looking for an experienced Manager Operations to lead and oversee complete operational activities of our indoor entertainment facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and staff management
• Ensure safety compliance and service standards
• Monitor revenue, ticketing & reporting
• Coordinate with Technical, IT, Finance & Security teams
• Prepare monthly operational reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 5–8 years experience in mall, hospitality, or entertainment operations
• Strong leadership & reporting skills
