Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations /Manager with a strong background in Business Operations, Architecture, or Civil Engineering to manage and streamline operational functions across design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced understanding of business operations, project execution, procurement, and client management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability from planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational and business activities across ongoing projects
- Coordinate between business, design, site, procurement, and management teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project timelines, and execution strategies
- Monitor accurate execution of design drawings and technical specifications on-site
- Maintain high standards of construction quality, workmanship, and compliance
- Lead procurement processes including vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and material planning
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely availability of materials as per project schedules
- Act as the primary client-facing representative for operational, commercial, and execution matters
- Manage client relationships, expectations, reporting, and issue resolution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and operational performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in operations management, construction, or business/project management
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, design coordination, and operational planning
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and cost control
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align projects with business goals
- Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work on-site at the Lahore office and project locations
