Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in technical documentation, process management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing operational workflows, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining high-level coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities 🔧:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across technical teams

Prepare, maintain, and audit technical documents, reports, SOPs, and compliance files

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, service, and management teams for operational alignment

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Monitor KPIs and ensure timely completion of operational tasks

Lead and mentor operational staff

Requirements 📌:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management

Strong expertise in technical documentation and compliance

Excellent command over MS Office and documentation tools

Prior experience working in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or service-based environment

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
