Operations Manager

Description:

- Position : Operations Manager – Manufacturing
- Industry : Manufacturing of PC Spun Hollow Poles
- Location: Lahore

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all manufacturing plants.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with plant heads and departmental teams to achieve production targets.
- Review and analyze performance metrics, budgets, and operational reports.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across all locations.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Industrial Management.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the construction materials or precast concrete industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP B1 will be an added advantage.
