Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of freight booking and slot finalization from main shipping lines.
- Oversee container handling operations and ensure efficient load management.
- Finalize routes for shipments, such as Jabel Ali to Karachi Port and vice versa.
- Conduct load assessments and feasibility assessments for shipping routes.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting for logistics-related issues.
- Handle pressure situations with composure and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in freight booking and slot finalization from main shipping lines.
- Proficient in container handling and load management processes.
- Prior experience in route finalization, especially in the Jabel Ali to Karachi Port route.
- Ability to conduct load assessments and feasibility assessments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure situations.
- Previous experience with main shipping lines or NVOCCs preferred.
