Requirements
Must have at least 02 years of experience in the healthcare industry / BPO.
Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Excel.
Able to work in night shifts (12 A.M - 08 A.M).
Should be able to manage conveyance on their own.
Responsibilities
Calling patients for scheduling.
Make charts in Excel.
Take intake forms from attorneys.
Schedule the surgery with the clinic.
Collect all documents, prepare packets and send them to attorneys.
