Operations & Customer Support Executive

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role at Freight Advisor's office in Lahore, DHA Phase 6. The operations executive will be responsible for undertaking all operational tasks relevant to moving shipments.

 

The candidate is expected to perform the following tasks,

  • Place booking on different Shipping Lines.
  • Assisting in documentation
  • Coordination with truckers/shippers/terminals/shipping lines for smooth & timely container management.
  • Update shipment statuses and relay information to relevant stakeholders promptly.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1 year prior experience in a freight forwarding company is preferred .
  • Excellent communication.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of logistics business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
