Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

Detect & Protect Pvt. Ltd. (DAP) is looking for a confident, reliable, and well-organized Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operational workflow and communication between internal teams, clients, IPR companies, and relevant government departments/authorities.

 

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, good English writing ability, excellent follow-up habits, and the confidence to coordinate professionally with people at different levels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between DAP’s internal departments, including Investigation, Enforcement, Reporting, Legal, Finance/Accounts, Admin, and Higher Management.

• Communicate professionally with clients, IPR companies, and relevant government departments/authorities, as authorized by Management.

• Ensure timely responses to emails, messages, and official communication.

• Follow up on pending tasks, reports, approvals, documents, and operational matters.

• Help resolve communication gaps and operational issues between teams/departments.

• Monitor delays and escalate urgent matters to Higher Management.

• Review submitted work where required and follow up for missing information, incomplete documents, unclear details, or poor-quality submissions.

• Support Management with short operational updates on pending tasks, delays, bottlenecks, and priority matters.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all communications.

 

Required Education:

• A-Level / O-Level or

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Management, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field will be preferred but is not mandatory.
