Operations Control Executive

 

Description:

As a Facilities Management Control Room Manager, your role is crucial in maintaining effective communication between company management, clients, and employees. You will be responsible for receiving and assigning shifts, monitoring workers, receiving alarm activation calls, dispatching security teams, and managing shift operations. You will also be able to monitor incoming calls and emails and take action to continue business delivery.

  • Effective Communication: Ability to handle emails effectively and communicate with clients over the phone in proficient English.
  • Software Proficiency: Skills in using CRM/ software to allocate shifts and manage data, including proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of incidents, actions, and other relevant information, with attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Adherence to confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and make sound decisions.
  • Pressure Management: Capacity to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
