Description:
We are hiring for the position of "Operation Associate"
Responsibilities:
- 1. To carry out close liaison with the dedicated person of the Warehouse for loading & offloading
- supervision of the company trip & In-transit vehicles.
- 2. To ensure smooth operation of fleet movement. (Vehicle activity report & inspection report)
- 3. To maintain the discipline of the drivers of fleet, by ensuring their correct turn out on duty in terms of
- time, dress and behavior discipline (daily drivers’ report)
- 4. To ensure that required “average” of the vehicles is met by the drivers on daily basis. (Vehicle Activity
- report)
- 8. To maintain the record of drivers’ daily attendance & sent it to Sr. Operations Executive after every 15
- days. (Daily driver report).
- 9. To update Logistics Sr. Operations Executive on the road worthiness of each vehicle as when required.
- (Vehicle Inspection report).
- 10. To maintain the correct record of any expenditure and sent its report to the Sr. Operations
- Executive, When required. (Vehicle expenditure report against petty cash).
- 11. To carry out any other task assigned by Sr. Operations Executive/ Logistics Manager.
- Daily reports. Vehicle activity report, vehicle inspection report, daily driver report
- Weekly report. Weekly vehicle average report, repair & maintenance report, weekly expenditure
- Summary report.
