Operational Specialist

Description:

Itel Energy (Transsion Group) is looking for a Community Operations Specialist to manage content and engagement across WhatsApp groups. This role involves data collection, user interaction, content review, and community promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily content collection, review, and organization from WhatsApp groups
• Deliver promotions, manage feedback, and track engagement
• Maintain activity reports and support group interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in student societies, WhatsApp/WeChat group management, or internships in data/content roles
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, or Lark (Feishu)
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English
