Operational Risk Analyst

Description:

• Maintain the growing database of the various operational risk management tools (i.e. Key Risk Indicators, Risk Events / Incidences, Risk Self Assessments, Risk Acceptances, Change Risk Assessments Inventory and Issues)

• Define / articulate key risks and facilitate the review / improvement of the current Key Risk Indicator program

• Develop management reporting packs for different stakeholders (Board, Senior Management, Country Management) – focusing on material risk highlights

• Focus on external scanning and facilitate the development of an external event database; with focus on sharing “lessons learnt”

• Development of operational risk training programs
