Lady Dufferin Hospital is hiring a Female O.T Technician to provide critical support in surgical procedures and ensure the operation theatre functions smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining surgical standards and patient safety during operations.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology from Sindh Medical Faculty.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Critical Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment before and after procedures.

• Assisting surgeons and nursing staff during operations by ensuring sterile techniques and proper handling of tools.

• Ensuring infection control and cleanliness within the operating theatre.

• Coordinating with medical teams to manage surgical logistics and emergency protocols.

• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
