What Your Main Focus Will Be:

- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.
- Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each customer, ensuring a smooth transition to Joblogic.
- Configure and customize the Joblogic platform according to customer needs and preferences.
- Provide support to customers to ensure they are fully proficient in using Joblogic.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical teams, customer support, and training, to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding experience for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAAS implementation and onboarding.
What You Bring:
