Description:
Digital NextGen Solutions is seeking an experienced OFSAA FCCM Consultant to join our team in Karachi and Lahore. This role requires expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), specifically in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Real-time Account Onboarding Risk (RAOR), and Trade-Based AML (TBAML). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing OFSAA FCCM solutions to enhance financial crime and compliance management capabilities.
Implement, configure, and optimize OFSAA FCCM solutions for AML, KYC, RAOR, and TBAML.
Work closely with business and compliance teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs.
Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for OFSAA FCCM modules.
Support data integration and mapping between source systems and OFSAA FCCM.
Provide end-user training and support to business teams.
Collaborate with technical teams for customization, development, and reporting.
Minimum 5 years of experience in OFSAA FCCM implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, RAOR, and TBAML within OFSAA.
Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
Understanding of compliance requirements and financial crime detection.
Hands-on experience with OFSAA Data Foundation, Model Governance, and Scenario tuning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as FATF, Basel, and local AML/KYC regulations.
Certifications in OFSAA or AML Compliance are a plus.
