Description:

Digital NextGen Solutions is looking for an experienced OFSAA FCCM Consultant to join our team in Karachi and Lahore. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Real-time Account Onboarding Risk (RAOR), and Trade-Based AML (TBAML).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and optimize OFSAA FCCM solutions for AML, KYC, RAOR, and TBAML.
• Work closely with business and compliance teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for OFSAA FCCM modules.
• Support data integration and mapping between source systems and OFSAA FCCM.
• Provide end-user training and support to business teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, development, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OFSAA FCCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, RAOR, and TBAML within OFSAA.
• Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and data modeling.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, and financial crime detection.
• Hands-on experience with OFSAA Data Foundation, Model Governance, and Scenario tuning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
