🔹About the Role
As a Service Desk Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth IT operations by providing remote technical support to global users. You’ll handle incident management, troubleshooting, and system monitoring while collaborating with international teams to deliver seamless service.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues efficiently (hardware, software, and network).
Manage service requests and access setups.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
Train and guide users on IT systems.
Collaborate with global teams to enhance service quality.
🎓 Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and ITSM tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
(Preferred) ITIL / CompTIA A+ certifications.
Flexibility to work across time zones in a dynamic offshore setup.
