Responsibilities:

• To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To assist in managing Regulatory authorities including PSX, FBR, SRB and SECP and respective consultants.
• To assist in holding General Meetings of the Shareholders of the Company.
• To assist in recording, drafting and timely distribution of minutes of the meetings.
• To liaise with the Share Registrar of the Company for various matters relating to shareholders of the Company.
• To liaise with Banks of the Company for various matters relating to bank accounts of the Company.

• Qualification: ACCA - Finalist / BBA – Finance / ICSP - Finalist

  Experience: Preferred 1 years of experience.

  Age: Upto 30 Years.

  Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000.
