Function: Software Quality Assurance
Qualification: Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer/Software Engineering from HEC recognized university
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably in financial services/payments industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to ensure quality products are delivered to the customers.
• Ensure test related issues & customer feedback are promptly resolved effectively.
• Ensure smooth testing of different products and services.
• Read & create test cases to perform different testing.
• Ensure timely completion of testing/certification & response to clients.
• Identify & resolve issues/bugs and support clients during certification.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of payment switches, web services – SOAP/REST APIs
• Working knowledge of ISO8583 and its variant.
• Certifications experience for Global Payment Scheme – VISA, MasterCard, UPI, JCB
• Knowledge and expertise of Tokenization, Ecommerce (3DS), CMS.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
