Position: Operations Officer – Home Finance
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Banking Operations (Home Finance experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of Home Finance documentation, disbursement, and operational processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Home Finance operational activities
Process financing cases accurately and within defined turnaround times
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and other internal departments
Maintain operational records and support continuous process improvements
Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the financing process
