Officer Human Resource:

The Human Resource Officer shall be responsible for providing support for routine HR Operational work which includes recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance assessment, monitoring documentation and timely input of Data in HRIS system. The core responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the entire recruitment & seperation process specifically for sales workforce addition/replacement in coordination with respective managers.

Candidates should be a Masters from a HEC recognized university with majors in Human Resource Management and minimum three years of relevant experience preferably in the financial sector Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication and should be proficient in MS Office. Own Transportation will be preferred.

Junior Officer Human Resource:

Candidate must have hands on experience of working in an HR Department as part of the HR Operations team of any reputable organization. Candidates should be a Bachelors from a HEC recognized university preferably Masters with majors in Human Resource Management and minimum Six Months to One-Year relevant experience preferably in the financial sector Candidates should be well-versed with MS Office with good communication skills.
