Job Description:

  • Manage and ensure help desk activities are fully aligned with best practices, windows/application Installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Windows Servers, LAN & MPLS, TMG & Antivirus centralize servers and firewalls, and network installation and management.
  • Assist in reviewing information security policies and standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate security measures to protect against reasonably anticipated threats or hazards to the privacy, security, or integrity of protected information.
  • Maintain backups and ensure readiness to restore Institute activities.
  • Video Conference related information
