We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant cum Social Media Manager, supporting administrative tasks and managing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:Office Assistance:
- Manage daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a smooth workflow.
Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Grow FAH Consul-Tech’s online presence and engage with the audience.
- Monitor analytics and suggest strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-quality posts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration and/or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic tools like Canva is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
