We are looking for the position of Office Coordinator (female) leading to job

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office day to day tasks to enhance efficiency
  • Must have good hands-on experience on MS Office.
  • To coordinate with different organizations on phone
  • Coordinate with government departments to ensure efficiency
  • Preparing quotations & agreement for clients on system
  • Organizing and managing files for smooth operations
  • Maintain trusting relationships with the clients
  • Must be comfortable with documentation, printing & scanning etc
  • Will be open to any other assigned administrative tasks
  • Having experience with any Tax, business / Management consultant will be a plus

Skills

  • Good command on MS office
  • Show interest in office documentation & Files management
  • Responding clients on phone as well as through e-mail.
  • Must have good English writing & communication skills
