Responsibilities

As an Office Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and recordkeeping

  • Assisting with preparing and sending invoices, quotations, and order confirmations

  • Creating and maintaining reports using MS Excel and other office tools

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and office communications

  • Ensuring office supplies and resources are maintained and ordered as needed

Requirements

We’re looking for a responsible and organized individual who is comfortable handling multiple tasks in an office environment. Preferred qualifications and skills include:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude

  • Experience in office coordination, sales support, or admin roles is a plus

  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
