Description:
Andaz Packages is looking for a proactive Client Relationship Executive / Coordinator / Office Assistant to join their team. In this role, the candidate will handle client queries related to printing and packaging services, gather client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, and maintain effective communication between clients and relevant departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Client Communication & Query Handling:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding printing and packaging services. Understand client requirements and maintain professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Data Collection & Coordination:
Gather project specifications, artwork files, and other relevant details from clients. Ensure clear communication with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Quotation & Order Processing:
Prepare and send accurate quotations, ensure timely follow-ups, and process confirmed orders. Collaborate with the marketing team for competitive pricing strategies.
Job List Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update job lists regularly, track ongoing projects, and provide management with periodic reports.
Marketing & Client Engagement:
Assist in developing strategies to enhance client engagement, build brand awareness, and identify opportunities for sales growth. Represent the company at industry events.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support client meetings, take notes, and ensure all requirements are documented. Assist in resolving any issues related to customer requests and orders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in client relationship management, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
