DOSTSOL Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations across 15 convenience store (C-store) locations. This is a diverse role that blends administrative operations, financial coordination, and digital marketing support.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and reconcile daily sales reports from all store locations
  • Manage lease agreements and rental payments
  • Track and renew store permits and licenses
  • Ensure up-to-date insurance coverage across all locations
  • Collaborate with accountants for accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and management summaries
  • Support digital marketing efforts and respond to online reviews
  • Provide general administrative support and assist in ad-hoc projects

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, admin, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
