Nexcruit is hiring a skilled Odoo Technical Consultant on behalf of Impliway by Viabletree. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver effective technical solutions aligned with client business needs.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Analyze client business processes and provide Odoo-based technical solutions
• Customize, configure, and implement Odoo modules as per requirements
• Develop custom Odoo modules, workflows, and reports using Python and XML
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Odoo environments
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers for successful delivery
• Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams
• Maintain technical documentation, including specifications and reports

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.)
• Ability to customize workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Familiarity with Odoo APIs and integration techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in client-facing roles and project delivery
