About the Role
Are you passionate about ERP systems and process improvement? We're looking for a highly motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to analyze requirements, configure Odoo modules, and implement tailored solutions that drive real business impact.
What You’ll Do
✅ Gather and analyze client business requirements
✅ Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
✅ Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations
✅ Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support
✅ Collaborate with developers and project managers for solution delivery
✅ Optimize client workflows and processes for efficiency
✅ Document business processes, functional specs, and user guides
✅ Perform functional testing and validation before go-live
What We’re Looking For

🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
📈3 years (mid Level) experience in ERP implementations (preferably Odoo)

🛠 Proficient in Odoo modules and ERP business processes
💬 Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
🔍 Familiarity with Python/PostgreSQL/Odoo Framework (a plus)
📃 Odoo Functional Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
🌐 Fluency in English (Spanish/Arabic is a plus)

Bonus Points For

⭐ Experience with Odoo 13.0+
⭐ Knowledge of both Community and Enterprise editions
⭐ Exposure to Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Trello
⭐ Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain
