Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ERP solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end implementation of Odoo modules, customizing workflows, and providing comprehensive user training and support. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Odoo configurations. Responsibilities:

• Odoo Implementation – Manage end-to-end implementation ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Customization & Configuration – Gather client requirements, configure the Odoo system, and customize workflows to align with business processes.
• Training & Support – Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure clients can effectively use Odoo.
• Module Expertise – Ensure seamless integration and functionality of key Odoo modules like CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.
• Problem Solving – Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, collaborating with the technical team for system customization when needed.
• Documentation – Prepare detailed documentation of requirements, configurations, workflows, and training manuals.
• Client Management – Act as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, guiding them through system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR).
• Proven ability to handle basic Odoo implementations independently.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot functional issues.
• Ability to work in remote, hybrid, or on-site environments.
• Odoo or ERP certifications are a plus.
