The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end implementation of Odoo modules, customize workflows, and provide comprehensive user training and support. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Odoo configurations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system functionality. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Odoo Implementation: Manage end-to-end implementation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Customization & Configuration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the Odoo system, and customize workflows to align with business processes.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and post-implementation support, ensuring that client teams are fully equipped to utilize Odoo effectively.
- Module Expertise: Ensure seamless integration and functionality of key Odoo modules, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues, collaborating with the technical team for system customization when needed.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of requirements, configurations, workflows, and training manuals for client use.
- Client Management: Act as a trusted consultant to client stakeholders, guiding them through system enhancements and continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- You can only apply if you can work on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Proven experience in handling basic Odoo implementations independently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
- Certifications in Odoo or ERP systems.
