Ideanovax Pvt Ltd is urgently looking for a proficient Odoo Developer and Customization Expert who has comprehensive experience in customizing core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Manufacturing, and Inventory. Mastery in these key modules is essential, while experience in additional Odoo modules will provide a competitive edge.

The successful candidate will independently work directly with clients, requiring exceptional focus, attention to detail, and professionalism. This role does not involve close supervision, so you must be a self-driven individual capable of managing client expectations and delivering high-quality, tailor-made solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to customize, develop, and optimize Odoo ERP workflows to align with each client’s business processes, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements, design system customizations, and implement scalable solutions that improve business productivity.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, develop new features, and maintain thorough documentation of all development and customization work. Your ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical clients is crucial to the success of each project.
