We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in HR software development and HR modules.

Key Requirements:

✅ Strong command of Python & JavaScript
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant Odoo development experience
✅ Hands-on experience with HR-based software / HRMS modules
✅ Expertise in customization, development, and integration of Odoo HR modules
✅ Understanding of ERP workflows and business process automation
✅ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications
🔹 Implement and optimize HR-related modules (Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, etc.)
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve system functionality
🔹 Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system performance
