🔍 Role Overview
As an Odoo Developer, you will design, develop, and customize Odoo modules, integrate third-party systems, and support evolving business requirements using best practices in Odoo ERP development.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Develop custom Odoo modules and enhance existing functionality
Integrate Odoo with external systems via REST / XML-RPC APIs
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following Odoo standards
Perform debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization
Collaborate with ERP Administrators and stakeholders
Maintain clear technical documentation
Stay updated with new Odoo versions and framework enhancements
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
Strong expertise in Python and Odoo framework (ORM, Views, Security, Controllers)
Experience building custom Odoo modules from scratch
Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templating
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL
Experience with API development and integrations
Proficient in Git version control
🌟 Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with Odoo v15+ and OWL framework
Knowledge of Docker
Familiarity with React or Vue for custom Odoo interfaces
Experience with multi-company, multi-currency, or localization projects
