Odoo Developer

We’re Hiring! – Odoo Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo modules.
The role requires strong technical expertise, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, customize and deploy Odoo modules based on departmental requirements (HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Lab Operations).
• Design workflows, automation scripts, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate Odoo with internal tools and third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot functional and performance issues and implement timely fixes.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and technical processes.
• Coordinate with internal users to understand process gaps and provide ERP support.
• Assist with Odoo version upgrades, testing, and data migration.
• Ensure system security, stability, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo (Community or Enterprise).
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo framework, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience in module customization, new module development, and integration.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes, especially HR, Accounting, Inventory, and Sales workflows.
• Experience with API integration and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Linux/Ubuntu server environments.
• Knowledge of Odoo deployment, performance tuning, and best development practices.
