Non-voice Sales & Appointment Setter

Dial Globe is seeking a passionate and motivated Appointment Setter to join our expanding team. This role focuses on managing warm Instagram leads (no cold outreach), following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and scheduling appointments for our sales team. If you are driven, organized, and eager to grow in a tech-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries from Instagram and convert them into confirmed appointments.

• Adhere to company SOPs and scripts (training provided).

• Ensure no warm leads are lost before reaching the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of all chats and scheduled appointments.

• Communicate in a professional, ethical, and friendly manner at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media sales, Instagram lead management, or appointment setting (experience with the US market preferred).

• Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Sales Representative; experience in the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required.

• Excellent written and conversational communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established processes.

• Self-motivated with a professional work ethic.
