We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer – VoIP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Class 4 softswitch platforms and wholesale voice operations, with strong expertise in carrier interconnects, SIP-based voice services, and routing optimization.

✅Key Responsibilities
•Manage Class 4 switching infrastructure and wholesale voice traffic.
•Monitor and analyze ASR, ACD, and overall call quality.
•Build, maintain, and optimize Least Cost Routing (LCR).
•Configure and manage carrier interconnects and SIP trunking.
•Troubleshoot SIP signaling, routing, and voice quality issues.
•Perform rate management, CDR analysis, and fraud prevention.

✅Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience
•3–5 years of experience in VoIP wholesale operations.
•Hands-on experience with Connexcs, VeriSwitch, SIPNAV, or VOS3000.
•Strong understanding of SIP, IP networking, QoS, carrier routing, LCR, and wholesale VoIP operations.
•Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in carrier-grade VoIP environments.
